Goal: 

Our best ask: Changing a pillar so it encompasses persuasion, positioning, and self-endorsement. Adding personal reflections on the key lessons learned in each course. Students should also discuss how to improve upon weaknesses in their style as part of the personal reflections.  As well as salary negotiation becoming a required part of the persuasion and negotiation class. 


Reasonable goal: Salary negotiations become a required part of the course curriculum for persuasion and negotiation class one or two class periods dedicated to salary negotiation role play. Should also fill out BATNAs and ZOPAs for their benefit packages. This salary negotiation will be on a job opening that the student is interested in, preparing the negotiation or a job offer they want.  

HOW TO LEAD CHANGE

The first step to successfully initiating change is to make sure that you and the people you are leading are all on board and open to the idea of implementing a change. The most common encounter that people have when it comes to initiating change is that many people are scared of change. It’s crucial to allow those around you to have a full understanding of why a change is being made, and find ways to make them excited and motivated to follow through with the change. After all, we make changes every day without even realizing it.

Goal of the project to up  thought and effort into the work in order to apply the learned value into meaningful personal development. The audience of this project was the student peers and make the information engaging. 

APPLE CASE STUDY

The goals of this case study were to show the reader
1) what is the leadership philosophy of the company?
2) Would employees view it as effective?  3) As a consultant, where can leadership improve to add more value?

High Point University has been expanding their diversity and inclusion for all students as the university has continued to grow. Using data from the Campus Climate Survey, our group has formulated that there is a correlation between student satisfaction in attending HPU and their views on diversity and inclusion for race and gender.


In order for the University to grow and be successful in the modern era of university systems, it must embrace and continue to adapt to diversity and inclusivity across all departments.
